Viking Gas Transmission Company; Proposed Changes in FERC Gas 
Tariff

January 20, 1995.
    Take notice that on January 17, 1995, Viking Gas Transmission 
Company (Viking), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
First Revised Volume No. 1, Second Revised Sheet No. 141, Superseding 
First Revised Sheet No. 141. The proposed effective date is February 1, 
1995.
    Viking states that the purpose of this filing is to update its 
Index of Firm Shippers.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest this filing should 
file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, a motion to intervene or protest 
in accordance with the requirements of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure. All such motions or protests should be filed on 
or before January 27, 1995. All protests filed with the Commission will 
be considered by it in determining the appropriate action to be taken, 
but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any 
person wishing to become a party to a proceeding or to participate as a 
party in any hearing therein must file a motion to intervene in 
accordance with the Commission's Rules.
