Federal Energy Management and Planning Programs; Energy Savings 
Performance Contract Model Solicitations

AGENCY: Department of Energy.

ACTION: Extension of public comment period.

SUMMARY: The Department of Energy gives notice of an extension of the 
comment period for the summary of proposed changes to its energy 
savings performance contracting model solicitations. The Notice and 
invitation to comment on the summary of proposed changes to the model 
solicitations was published in the Federal Register on December 27, 
1995 (60 FR 66961). In response to requests from the public, the 
Department is extending the comment period.

DATES: Comments should be received no later than March 1, 1996.
