    Whiskeytown Unit, Whiskeytown-Shasta-Trinity National Recreation 
    Area; Operation of Marina Services

    SUMMARY: The National Park Service will shortly be releasing a 
    concession Prospectus to continue the operation of marina services at 
    the Whiskeytown Unit of the Whiskeytown-Shasta-Trinity National 
    Recreation Area located in northern California. The existing business 
    includes related services such as food, merchandise, and camping and is 
    located in two separate sections of the Whiskeytown Unit. Most services 
    are provided seasonally from approximately the last week in May to the 
    first week in September. The annual gross receipts average about 
    $500,000. The new contract will be for 10 years and will require an 
    improvement program estimated to cost about $178,800. There is an 
    existing concessioner that has operated satisfactorily under the 
    existing contract and has a right of preference in renewal.
    
    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The cost for purchasing a Prospectus is 
    $30.00. Parties interested in obtaining a copy should send a check or 
    money order, NO CASH, payable to ``National Park Service'' to the 
    following address: National Park Service, Pacific Great Basin Support 
    Office, Office of Concession Program Management, 600 Harrison Street, 
    Suite 600, San Francisco, California 94107-1372, ``Mail Room Do Not 
    Open''.
