National Institute of Mental Health; Meeting
Pursuant to Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given of the
meeting of a review committee of the National Institute of Mental
Health for February 1994.
The meeting will be open to the public as indicated below for the
discussion of NIMH policy issues and will include current
administrative, legislative, and program developments. Attendance by
the public will be limited to space available.
The meeting will be closed to the public as indicated below in
accordance with the provisions set forth in secs. 552b(c)(4) and
552b(c)(6), Title 5, U.S.C. and sec. 10(d) of Public Law 92-463, for
review, discussion and evaluation of individual grant applications.
These applications and the discussions could reveal confidential trade
secrets or commercial property such as patentable material, and
personal information concerning individuals associated with the
applications, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly
unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
