    Pursuant to 29 CFR 90.18 an application for administrative 
reconsideration was filed with the Director of the Office of Trade 
Adjustment Assistance for workers at Phillips-Van Heusen Warehouse & 
Distribution Center, West Hazleton, Pennsylvania. The review indicated 
that the application contained no new substantial information which 
would [[Page 5441]] bear importantly on the Department's determination. 
Therefore, dismissal of the application was issued.
