Containing 15.41 acres, more or less.

The Exotic Feline Breeding Compound, a non-profit organization, has

applicable regulations of the Secretary of the Interior.

    pursuant to the Act of August 30, 1890 (43 U.S.C. 945).
        3. A reservation of all minerals to the United States, and the
right to prospect for, mine, and remove the minerals.

DATES: January 27, 1997 the lands will be segregated from appropriation
under the public land laws, including the general mining laws, except
for lease or conveyance under the Recreation and Public Purposes Act
and leasing under the mineral leasing laws. For a period on or before
March 13, 1997, interested persons may submit comments regarding the
proposed lease/conveyance or classification of the lands to the Area
Manager, Ridgecrest Resource Area, 300 S. Richmond Road, Ridgecrest,
California, 93555. Any adverse comments will be reviewed by the State
Director. In the absence of any adverse comments, the classification
will become effective March 28, 1997.
