Take notice that on January 10, 2003, Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation (Columbia), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets, with a proposed effective date of August 1, 2002:

Columbia states that it made a filing with the Commission on July 2, 2002 to include a new Section 4.2(i) to Section 4.2 of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of its FERC Gas Tariff to permit it, under certain limited circumstances, to reserve capacity that is available for firm service under the provisions of GTC Section 4.2 for future expansion projects. The Commission approved the filing on July 31, 2002 (100 FERC ¶ 61,136 (2002)), subject to modifications. Columbia filed its first compliance filing in this docket on August 15, 2002, which modified tariff language consistent with the July 31 Order. The Commission issued an order on the compliance filing and rehearing on December 26, 2002 (101 FERC ¶ 61,380). In this order, the Commission accepted the August 15 filing, subject to further modification. Columbia asserts that the instant filing incorporates the required modifications.
Columbia states that copies of its filing have been mailed to all firm customers, interruptible customers, and affected state commissions.

All such protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
