AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Pub.
[[Page 4474]]
L. 92-463, as amended, the National Aeronautics and Space
Administration announces a meeting of the NASA Advisory Council.
DATES: Wednesday, February 24, 1999, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Thursday,
February 25, 1999, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The meeting will be closed to the public on
Wednesday, February 24, 1999, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in accordance
with 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4), to allow for industry presentations which may
contain proprietary data. Thursday, February 25, 1999, will be open to
the public up to the seating capacity of the room. The agenda for the
meeting is as follows:
--Status Presentation of X-33 and X-34
--Committee/TaskForce/Working Group Reports
--Discussion of Findings and Recommendations
A detailed agenda and further information about the NASA Advisory

It is imperative that the meeting be held on these dates to
accommodate the scheduling priorities of the key participants. Visitors
will be requested to sign a visitor's register.
