Correction

    In rule document 05-971 beginning on page 2948 in the issue of 
Wednesday, January 19, 2005, make the following correction:
    Sec.  71.1 [Corrected]
    On page 2950, in the first column, in Sec.  71.1, after the heading 
ACE KS E5 Coffeyville, KS, in the next line, ``Coffeeyville'' should 
read ``Coffeyville.''
