Abstract: This will be a voluntary collection of program

shared between state programs. This is a voluntary information
collection request. This information will be used by EPA's Office of
Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA) in order to evaluate the
effectiveness of regional and state compliance assistance programs as a

state programs will also use the information to learn about other
compliance assistance programs. An agency may not conduct or sponsor,
and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information
unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The OMB

published on November 7, 1995, FR 56,148.

average 1 hour per response. This estimate includes the time needed to
review instructions; develop, acquire, install, and utilize technology
