Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Proposed Changes to FERC 
Gas Tariff

January 23, 1998.
    Take notice that on January 20, 1998, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company 
(Koch) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth 
Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet to be effective 
December 1, 1997:

Substitute Sixth Revised Sheet No. 2707

    Koch states that it is submitting this substitute tariff sheet to 
revise a previously suspended version of Sheet 2707 with a modification 
that was made and accepted during its suspension period.
    Koch states that copies of this filing have been served upon each 
party contained in the official service list as compiled by the 
Secretary in the above captioned proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's regulations. All such protests must be filed as provided 
in Section 154.210 of the Commission's regulations. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining appropriate action to be 
taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
