    Time and Date: The Operations and Regulations Committee of the 
Legal Services Corporation's Board of Directors will meet on February 
6, 1998. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue until the 
committee concludes its agenda.

Procedures for disclosure of information under the Freedom of 
Information Act.
    5. Consideration of proposed rule 45 CFR Part 1644, Disclosure of 
case information.
    6. Consider and act on other business.
