    Time and Date: The Finance Committee of the Legal Services 
Corporation's Board of Directors will meet on February 6, 1998. The 
meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until conclusion of the 
committee's agenda.

    4. Review and adoption of FY '98 operating budget.
    5. Review of expenses through December 31, 1997.
    6. Consider and act on other business.
    7. Public comment.
