    SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by The 
    Montana College of Mineral Sciences and Technology, proposing the 
    substitution of Channel 295A for Channel *218A at Butte, Montana, 
    reservation of the Channel for noncommercial educational use and 
    modification of the license for Station KMSM-FM, to specify operation 
    on Channel *295A. The coordinates for Channel *295A are 46-00-43 and 
    112-33-23. We shall propose to modify the license for Station KMSM-FM 
    in accordance with the Commission's Rules and will not accept competing 
    expressions of interest for the use of the channel or require 
    petitioner to demonstrate the availability of an additional equivalent 
    class channel for use by such parties.
    
    DATES: Comments must be filed on or before February 18, 1994, and reply 
    comments on or before March 4, 1994.

        Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply
