Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Refund Report

December 27, 1994.
    Take notice that on December 16, 1994, Koch Gateway Pipeline 
Company (Koch), formerly United Gas Pipe Line Company, tendered for 
filing its refund report reflecting funds remitted by Koch to LaClede 
Gas Company pursuant to settlement agreements in the above referenced 
docket.
    Koch states that the funds were remitted in September 1994. Koch 
states that the total refund amounted to $6,102,287, inclusive of 
principal and interest.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 
of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). 
All such motions or protests should be filed on or before January 4, 
1995. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection.
