Northern Natural Gas Company; Order Granting Blanket 
Authorization To Export and Import Natural Gas To and From Canada

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting Northern Natural Gas 
Company (Northern) authorization to export to Canada up to 16 Bcf of 
natural gas and to import back into the U.S. up to 16 Bcf of natural 
gas, over a two-year term, beginning on the date of first export or 
import.
    Northern's order is available for inspection and copying in the 
Office of Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., 
Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
