AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

ACTION: Notice correction.

    On December 12, 1995 the Environmental Protection Agency published 
the Federal Register Notice 60 FR 63711 (FRL-5344-5) in error. Please 
refer to the November 1, 1995 Federal Register Notice 60 FR 55569 (FRL-
5322-9) for the correct and complete description of the XL Community 
(XLC) Pilot Program. Additional information on the XL Community Pilot 
Program may be obtained by calling 703-934-3241. To request that XLC 
documents be sent or faxed please call the XL program's automated
