SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Hawaii (FEMA-1664-DR), dated October 17, 2006, and related determinations.

January 23, 2007.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Hawaii is hereby amended to include the following area among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of October 17, 2006:

Maui County for Individual Assistance, limited to Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA). DUA is further limited to the communities of Kaupo, Kipahulu, and Hana (already designated for Public Assistance, including direct Federal assistance.)
