Notice of Filing of Plat of Dependent Resurvey and Subdivision of 
Sections

    The plat of the dependent resurvey of a portion of the north 
boundary (Standard Parallel North); the west boundary and subdivisional 
lines, and the subdivision of certain sections, Township 34 North, 
Range 3 West, Fifth Principal Meridian, Missouri, will be officially 
filed in Eastern States, Springfield, Virginia at 7:30 a.m., on March 
20, 1995.
    The survey was made upon request submitted by the United States 
Forest Service.
    All inquiries or protests concerning the technical aspects of the 
survey must be sent to the Chief Cadastral Surveyor for Cadastral 
Survey, Eastern States, Bureau of Land Management, 7450 Boston 
Boulevard, Springfield, Virginia 22153, prior to 7:30 a.m., March 20, 
1995.
    Copies of the plat will be made available upon request and 
prepayment of the reproduction fee of $2.75 per copy.
