Correction

    In notice document 95-2046 beginning on page 5370 in the issue of 
Friday, January 27, 1995, make the following correction:
    1. On page 5370, in the third column, under SUMMARY:, in the next 
to last line, ``speck'' should read ``speak''.
    2. On page 5371, in the first column, under SUPPLEMENTARY 
INFORMATION:, in the first column, in the third line, ``united'' should 
read ``United'' and in the third paragraph, in the next to last line, 
``nest'' should read ``next.''.
