Notice of Prospective Patent License
AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that Imitec, Inc. of Schenectady, New
York 12308, has requested an exclusive license to practice the
inventions protected by U.S. Patent Application No. 08/359,752 entitled
``TOUGH, SOLUBLE, AROMATIC, THERMOPLASTIC COPOLYIMIDES,'' for which a
U.S. Patent was applied for on December 16, 1994; and U.S. Patent
Application No. 08/144,185 entitled ``PROCESS FOR PREPARING TOUGH,
SOLUBLE, THERMOPLASTIC COPOLYIMIDES,'' which was applied for on May 18,
1995, by the United States of America as represented by the
Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
Written objections to the prospective grant of a license should be sent
to Mr. George F. Helfrich, Patent Attorney, NASA Langley Research
Center.
