SUMMARY:

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. OTS is soliciting public comments on the proposal.

Description: This information is needed to help OTS remain a reliable source of information regarding the universe of minority-owned thrifts, in accordance with our responsibilities under Section 308 of the Financial Information Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 (12 U.S.C. 1463 note).

Type of Review: Renewal.

Affected Public: Savings Associations.

Estimated Number of Respondents: 32.

Estimated Frequency of Response: Annually.
