This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of ALASKA (FEMA-4050-DR), dated 12/22/2011.

Incident: Severe Winter Storms and Flooding.

Incident Period: 11/08/2011 through 11/13/2011.

Effective Date: 01/24/2012.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/21/2012.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/24/2012.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of ALASKA, dated 12/22/2011, is hereby amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning 11/08/2011 and continuing through 11/13/2011.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
