    Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction 
Act of 1980 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.) the Securities and Exchange 
Commission has submitted for reinstatement an information request for 
issuers regarding market developments under rule 144A. Respondents 
incur an estimated average burden of 45 minutes to complete the 
information request.
    General comments regarding the estimated burden hours should be
