Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding, Mudslides, and Rockslides.

Incident Period: 10/06/2009 through 10/11/2009.

DATES:

Effective Date: 12/18/2009.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/16/2010.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/20/2010.
