Application

    Notice is hereby given that on November 10, 1994, the Deputy 
Assistant Director, Corporate Activities Division, Office of Thrift 
Supervision, or her designee, acting pursuant to delegated authority, 
approved the application of SJS Federal Savings Bank, St. Joseph, 
Michigan, to convert to the stock form of organization. Copies of the
