Network Reliability Council Meeting

AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public 
Law 92-463, as amended, this notice advises interested persons of the 
tenth meeting of the Network Reliability Council (``Council''), which 
will be held at the Federal Communications Commission in Washington, 
D.C.

DATES: Thursday, January 19, 1995 at 1:30 p.m.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Council was established by the Federal 
Communications Commission to bring together leaders of the 
telecommunications industry and telecommunications experts from 
academic, consumer and other organizations to explore and recommend 
measures that would enhance network reliability.
    The agenda for the tenth meeting is as follows. The Council will 
hear reports from the four subject matter task groups on their groups' 
membership and progress to date. The Council also will receive an 
update on the present state of telecommunications network reliability 
and will discuss other issues of business. After determining future 
meeting dates, the Council will adjourn.
    Members of the general public may attend the meeting. The Federal 
Communications Commission will attempt to accommodate as many people as 
possible. However, admittance will be limited to the seating available. 
The public may submit written comments to the Council's designated 
Federal Officer, before the meeting.
