ACTION: Cancellation of hearing and briefs.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On December 30, 1996, the Department of 
Commerce informed the Commission that a suspension agreement had been 
signed in the subject investigation. Accordingly, the Commission hereby 
cancels the hearing on the investigation currently scheduled for 
January 7, 1997, the prehearing briefs currently due December 31, 1996, 
and the posthearing briefs currently due January 14, 1997.

AUTHORITY: This investigation is being conducted under authority of 
title VII of the Tariff Act of 1930; this notice is published pursuant 
to section 207.21 of the Commission's rules.
