AGENCIES: Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration 
(GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

ACTION: Corrections.

SUMMARY: The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense 
Acquisition Regulations Council are issuing corrections to FAC 97-03 
published in the Federal Register at 62 FR 64912, December 9, 1997, to 
correct FAR Case 96-022, Item XIII.

EFFECTIVE DATE: February 9, 1998.
