SUMMARY:

This document allots Channel 234A to Crawfordville, Georgia, in response to a petition filed by Ritz Radio. See 67 FR 53901, August 20, 2002. The coordinates for Channel 234A at Crawfordville, Georgia, are 33-31-18 and 82-56-52. There is a site restriction 3.7 kilometers (3.7 miles) northeast of the community. With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 234A at Crawfordville will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening this allotment for auction will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
