    SUMMARY:

    This document requests comment on a petition for rulemaking filed on behalf of Cohanzick Broadcasting Corp., licensee of Station WSNJ-FM and New Jersey Radio Partners, LLC, assignee of Station WSNJ-FM, requesting the substitution of Channel 300A for Channel 299B at Bridgeton, New Jersey, and reallotment of Channel 300A from Bridgeton to Pennsauken, New Jersey, as the Start Printed Page 533community's first local aural transmission service, and modification of Station WSNJ-FM's authorization to reflect the changes. This petition was originally filed as an amended proposal in MB Docket 02-26 which was terminated. Channel 300A can be allotted at a site 6.1 kilometers (3.8 miles) northeast of Pennsauken at coordinates 40-00-12 NL and 75-01-19 WL.
