    ACTION:

    30-Day information collection notice.

    SUMMARY:

    The DoD has submitted to OMB for clearance the following proposal for collection of information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act.

    DATES:

    Consideration will be given to all comments received by February 5, 2020.

    Number of Respondents: 1,000.

    Responses per Respondent: 1.

    Annual Responses: 1,000.

    Average Burden per Response: 10 minutes.

    Annual Burden Hours: 167.

    Needs and Uses: The information collection requirement is necessary to provide proof of aircraft disinsection to foreign countries that require it, before cargo and aircrew will be allowed to dis-embark in those countries. This standardized form that is used across the DoD satisfies the documentation requirements of disinsection for all 14 countries that currently require it.

    Frequency: On occasion.

    Respondent's Obligation: Mandatory.
