Title: Firearms Transaction Record, Part II Intrastate, Non-Over
the Counter.
Description: Form is used to determine the eligibility (under the
Gun Control Act) of a person to receive a firearm from a Federal
firearms licensee. It is also used to establish the identity of the
buyer. The form is used in law enforcement in investigations/
inspections to trace firearms or to confirm criminal activity of
persons violating the Gun Control Act (GCA).
Respondents: Individuals or households, Businesses or other for-
profit, Small businesses or organizations.
Estimated Number of Respondents/Recordkeepers: 20,900.
Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent/Recordkeeping: 24 minutes.
Frequency of Response: On occasion.
