following:

    1. Dolese Brothers Co., Docket No. CENT 92-110-M. (Issues 
include whether the judge erred in finding that Dolese violated 30 
CFR 56.14211(d) by suspending a work platform from the load line of 
a hydraulic crane that was not equipped with an anti-two block 
device to prevent contact between the load block and the tip of the 
boom.)
