    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On July 1, 1999, the Commission established 
    a schedule for the conduct of the subject full five-year reviews 
    (Federal Register 64 FR 38474, July 16, 1999). On December 17, 1999, 
    the Commission received a request from a party to the full five-year 
    reviews to extend the period of time for making its determinations in 
    these proceedings by the full 90 days authorized by 19 U.S.C. 
    1675(c)(5). The Commission, therefore, is revising its schedule to make 
    the appropriate adjustments in the scheduling of these reviews.
        The Commission's new schedule for the investigations is as follows: 
    requests to appear at the hearing must be filed with the Secretary to 
    the Commission not later than March 22, 2000; the prehearing conference 
    will be held at the U.S. International Trade Commission Building at 
    9:30 a.m. on March 27, 2000; the deadline for filing prehearing briefs 
    is March 21, 2000; the hearing will be held at the U.S. International 
    Trade Commission Building at 9:30 a.m. on March 30, 2000; the deadline 
    for filing posthearing briefs is April 6, 2000; the Commission will 
    make its final release of information on April 28, 2000; and final 
    party comments are due on May 2, 2000.

    and procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 201), and 
    part 207, subparts A and F (19 CFR part 207).
