    Notice.

    SUMMARY:

    The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent to grant to ADA Technologies, Inc., a revocable, nonassignable, exclusive, license to practice worldwide the Government-Owned inventions described in U.S. Patent No. 5,885,076 entitled “Method and System for Removing Mercury From Dental Waste Water,” issued 23 March 1999, in the field of removal of mercury from dental waste water.

    DATES:

    Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice to file written objections along with supporting evidence, if any.

    ADDRESSES:
