Technical Conference

    Take notice that the technical conference originally scheduled to 
be held on Thursday, January 8, 1997, at 10:00 a.m., will now be held 
on Thursday, January 23, 1997, at 10:00 a.m., in a room to be 
designated at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 
888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426. All interested parties 
and staff are permitted to attend.
