Correction

    In rule document 96-31571 beginning on page 65323 in the issue of 
Thursday, December 12, 1996 make the following correction:
    On page 65325, in the third column, footnote 3 was omitted and 
should read as follows: ``As indicated in the comment to Rule 3.9 of 
the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, ``administrative agencies 
have a right to expect lawyers to deal with them as they deal with the 
courts.''
