Two-Way End-of-Train Telemetry Devices and Certain Passenger
Train Operations
AGENCY: Federal Railroad Administration (FRA).
ACTION: Notice of withdrawal of previously issued and published notice
of proposed rulemaking.

the completion of the review process.
