Algonquin LNG, Inc.; Notice of Site Inspection and Technical 
Conference Algonquin LNG Modifications Project

September 25, 1996.
    On October 2 and 3, 1996, the Office of Pipeline Regulation 
environmental staff will conduct an inspection of the proposed and 
alternative project sites. Those planning to attend must provide their 
own transportation.
    On October 10 and 11, 1996, the staff will meet with 
representatives of Algonquin LNG, Inc. at the Providence Marriott to 
conduct a cryogenic design and engineering review of the LNG facilities 
proposed in the above docket. The discussion will initially be limited 
to the staff and members of the applicant's staff who have expertise in 
the given topics. Other attendees will be given the opportunity to ask 
questions on the above issues after the initial discussions have 
concluded.
