Public Debriefing on World Food Summit Intersessional Meetings

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that a public debriefing on the 
September 23-27, 1996 Food and Agriculture Organization Committee on 
World Food Security meeting in Rome will be held October 17, 1996. The 
purpose of the forum is for members of the U.S. delegation to the 
meeting to brief the public, and receive comments and suggestions with 
respect to World Food Summit preparations.

DATES: The meeting will be held Thursday, October 17, 1996 from 2:00 to 
4:00 in room 107A in the Administration Building at the U.S. Department 
of Agriculture in Washington, D.C.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The meeting is open to the public. Inquiries 
may be directed to the Office of the National Secretary, Foreign 
Agricultural Service, Room 3008 South Building, U.S. Department of 
Agriculture, 14th and Independence Ave. SW. Washington, D.C. 20250,
