Brass Sheet and Strip From Canada; Antidumping Administrative 
Review; Extension of Time Limit

AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration, 
Department of Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of extension of time limit.

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the 
time limit of the preliminary results of this antidumping duty 
administrative review of brass sheet and strip from Canada. The review 
covers one manufacturer/exporter of the subject merchandise to the 
United States and the period January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1995.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 1, 1996.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Becasue it is not practicable to complete 
this review within the original time limit, the Department is extending 
the time limit for completion of the preliminary results until December 
2, 1996, in accordance with Section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Trade and 
Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act of 
1994. The deadline for the results of this review will continue to be 
120 days after publication of the preliminary results.
    This extension is in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A)(iv) of 
the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1675(a)(3)(A)).
