for Samuel Mark Saunders, Gillette, Wyoming, is revised to read as 
follows:

    1. Samuel Mark Saunders and Lisa Ann Saunders, both of Gillette, 
Wyoming; to acquire voting shares of First National Bank of Gillette 
Holding Company, Gillette, Wyoming, and thereby indirectly acquire 
voting shares of First National Bank, Gillette, Wyoming.
