Transwestern states that the purpose of this filing is to comply
with the Final Rule.
Transwestern states that the filing reflects pro forma changes to
the General Terms and Conditions of Transwestern's tariff to implement
the business standards issued by GISB. These GISB standards are the 140
standards filed with the Commission on March 15, 1996, and relate to
nominations, allocations, balancing, measurement, invoicing, electronic
delivery mechanisms and capacity release.
Transwestern is proposing to, effective with the effectiveness of
the tariff changes, adopt the data elements filed with the Commission
on April 12, 1996.
Transwestern states that copies of the filing were served on its
gas utility customers, interested state commissions, and all parties to
this proceeding.
