Foreign-Trade Zone 76--Bridgeport, Connecticut Withdrawal of 
Application for Subzone Status for NorMag Steel Electric Transformer 
Parts Plant

    Notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of the application 
submitted by the City of Bridgeport, grantee of FTZ 76, requesting 
special-purpose subzone status for the electric transformer parts 
manufacturing facility of NorMag, Inc., located in Bridgeport, 
Connecticut. The application was filed on November 5, 1991 (56 FR 
58354, 11/19/91).
    The withdrawal was requested because of changed circumstances, and 
the case has been closed without prejudice.
