Williams Natural Gas Company; Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff
October 5, 1994.
Take notice that on September 30, 1994, Williams Natural Gas
Company (WNG) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff,
Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets:
Second Substitute Second Revised Sheet Nos. 7 and 8
The proposed effective date of these tariff sheets is September 17,
1994.
WNG states that it made a filing on August 17, 1994, as amended on
August 19, 1994, to collect additional take-or-pay buyout, buydown, and
contract reformation costs. Such filing was made pursuant to Article
II, Section 10 of the Stipulation and Agreement dated November 24, 1992
(November 24 S & A), approved by Commission Order dated March 12, 1993,
(61 FERC 61, 240) and Article 14 of the General Terms and Conditions of
its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1. By order issued
September 15, 1994 (September 15 order), the Commission accepted the
filing to be effective September 17, 1994, subject to refund conditions
in the order. WNG states that the instant filing is being made to
comply with the September 15 order.
WNG states that a copy of its filing was served on all participants
listed on the service lists maintained by the Commission in the dockets
referenced above and on all of WNG's jurisdictional customers and
interested state commissions.
Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sec. 385.211
of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be
filed on or before October 13, 1994. Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Copies of
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for
public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
