Meeting
AGENCY: Office of the Secretary, Labor.
ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Commission on Family and Medical Leave was established by
an Act of Congress, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Public Law 103-3.
TIME AND PLACE: The meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 25,
1995, from 9:30 am to 12 Noon, at the Department of Labor, 200
Constitution Avenue, N.W., Room C-5515, Seminar Room 1A and 1B (5th
Floor).
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: The meeting will be open to the public. It will
be in session from 9:30 am to 12 Noon. Seating will be available to the
public on a first-come, first served basis. Persons with disabilities,
wishing to attend, should contact the Office of the Commission to
obtain appropriate accommodations. Individuals wishing to submit
written statements should send 16 copies to Ann Bookman, Acting
Executive Director, Commission on Family and Medical Leave, Room S-
3002, Frances Perkins Building, U.S. Department of Labor, 200
