SUMMARY:

The proposed information collection request (ICR) described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. OTS is soliciting public comments on the proposal.

Description: Information provided to OTS is evaluated to determine whether the proposed assumption of liabilities and/or transfer of assets complies with applicable laws, regulations, and policy, and will not have an adverse effect on the risk exposure to the insurance fund.

Type of Review: Extension without change of a currently approved collection.
