as Amended, in Fiscal Year 1995

Determination

    I have determined that no eligible agricultural commodities are 
available for donation overseas under section 416(b) of the 
Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended, during fiscal year 1995. However, 
I have directed appropriate agencies to continue monitoring stocks and 
that if adequate supplies become available during the year this 
determination will be revised.
