Take notice that on October 3, 1994, Black Marlin Pipeline Company
(Black Marlin) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas
Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet:
Third Revised Sheet No. 95
On July 20, 1994, the Commission issued a letter Order approving
the Stipulation and Agreement in Full Settlement of the Rate

convert the firm transportation service for Union Carbide from the
Section 7(c) transportation service under Rate Schedule T-1 to the Part

Black Marlin states that this tariff sheet also reflects the
elimination of the transportation services rendered to Humble Gas

their respective Orders received in Docket Nos. CP87-198 and CP88-140
wherein the Commission limited the term of transportation to the
earlier of one year or until Black Marlin accepted a blanket
certificate under Sec. 284.221 of the Commission's Regulations. The
effective date of this tariff sheet being filed herein is September 1,
1994, the initial delivery date of the Part 284 transportation service
for Union Carbide under Rate Schedule FTS.

with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol

not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Copies of
